Green Platinum is an ambitious strategic initiative launched in 2024 with the goal of connecting the potential of Poland’s strongest industrial, engineering, and energy companies with international capital and Ukraine’s reconstruction programs. The initiative responds to the urgent need for professional, long-term private sector engagement in rebuilding critical infrastructure across Central and Eastern Europe.
Green Platinum operates as a high-level investment and cooperation platform, bringing together:
- verified Polish contractors with proven execution capacity,
- financial institutions, development banks, investment funds, and governmental partners,
- industry experts in renewable energy, water management, digitalization, and sustainable development.

Our aim is to position Poland – as a country with a strong technological and industrial base – as a key player in Ukraine’s rebuilding process, offering high-quality, future-ready solutions that meet global standards in ESG, safety, and economic efficiency.
Scope of Activities
Green Platinum’s core areas of operation include:
- Coordinating a consortium of Polish companies experienced in executing infrastructure projects in the “design & build” model
- Developing and delivering ready-to-build projects in areas such as:
- photovoltaic (PV) farms
- energy storage systems
- biogas plants and green hydrogen facilities
- smart energy grids
- Strengthening and promoting the brand of Poland as a reliable, high-tech partner in Europe and globally
Leadership & Vision
The founder and leader of Green Platinum is Dr. Marcin Sołtysiak – investor, strategist, and long-time President of ELQ S.A., a company specializing in next-generation energy infrastructure. He serves as the strategic architect of the platform, responsible for:
- selecting and qualifying investment projects,
- developing the contractor consortium,
- managing investor and international relations,
- coordinating cooperation with governmental and institutional stakeholders.
Green Platinum is more than a platform – it is a declaration of responsibility.
